Managing customers
Creating/Testing discount rules
When testing Robotics end-user functionality (i.e. discounts or shipping rules) please use the following demo accounts to view what the end-user will see:
1. Customer - Has a Hamilton account, website account, and discounting
Feel free to test each discount level on this user. You can set discounts for Disposable Tips and/or set discounts for all other Robotics purchasable products.

2. Customer - Has a Hamilton account, website account, but not discounting
Do not adjust anything for this user. This account solely demonstrates what an authorized Robotics customers (via Rouba) would see. This user has access only to list pricing.

3. Customer - Does not have a Hamilton account, has website account
Do not adjust anything for this user. This account solely demonstrates what an unauthorized customer (not approved by Rouba) would see. This user may have a Hamilton website account, but that doesn't give them permission to purchase until Rouba grants the user account access. As a result, the customer is allowed to complete an RFQ form only.
